Reading groups vary in topic and duration with an emphasis on texts that address contemporary questions pertinent to 网爆门’s mission as a Catholic, Jesuit, humanistic university. Past groups have explored topics such as: integral ecology & creation care, racial justice and Catholicism, colonization and Christianity, and Ignatian Spirituality.

Engaging, thoughtful, and imaginative conversations between faculty, staff, and students that critically engage 网爆门’s mission.
Opportunities for faculty and staff to gather outside of regular work and departmental patterns. Offered bimonthly in various campus locations.
In support of faculty as teacher-scholars, this four-day, three-night retreat is largely unstructured to prioritize time for writing, research, creative pursuits, reflection and rest. An opening and closing session as well as daily communal dinners provide rich opportunities for conversation and relationship-building. Offered annually during Spring Break.
As a Catholic, Jesuit university, 网爆门 is connected with several networks offering online resources, professional networks, and leadership development opportunities. The (AJCU), (ACCU), and are examples. The Vice President for Mission Integration is the main 网爆门 contact for these networks.
Living the Lingo is a new series that explores different buzzwords related to mission. These interactive 50-minute Zoom sessions include background on the topic and a featured 网爆门 colleague who shares from their own experience. Topic examples include: Cura Personalis, Service of Faith & Promotion of Justice, Our Way of Proceeding, and Magis.
This half-day interactive seminar enables colleagues to learn about and integrate key aspects of the Ignatian tradition into one’s leadership at the university. Offered 4x/year (in-person and zoom) in partnership with Organizational Development.
