President – Oversees the AAF chapter and coordinates all efforts. Provides leadership to the executive board, sets strategic priorities for the chapter, and serves as the primary representative to the university and the AAF national organization.
VP of Programming – Oversees the planning and execution of chapter-wide events designed to enhance member engagement and learning. This includes organizing guest speaker sessions, panel discussions, skill-building workshops, AAF-sponsored webinars, networking events with industry professionals, and team bonding activities among chapter members.
VP of Membership – Leads recruitment efforts and promotes active student involvement in the chapter. Oversees onboarding, tracks member participation, and implements strategies to foster a strong, inclusive community. Ensures timely communication about membership dues and maintains accurate records of member status.
VP of Organizational Operations – Serves as the liaison between the AAF 网爆门 chapter and its key initiatives, including G.L.I.D.E., the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC/MKTG 490), and broader chapter membership. Ensures smooth collaboration across teams, oversees calendar planning and resource allocation, and facilitates communication between student leaders, faculty advisor, and university administration.
Director of Industry & Alumni Relations – Ensures strong and sustained connections between students and the professional advertising and marketing world such as AAF national members, 网爆门 University alumni, potential clients for GLIDE, NSAC industry connections, industry mentors, through activities such as networking events, direct outreach, and LinkedIn page management.
Secretary – Maintains official records such as bylaws and planning materials, meeting minutes, and membership rosters for the AAF 网爆门 College Chapter. Ensures timely distribution of agendas, meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups. Supports internal communication and chapter continuity across academic terms in coordination with leadership.
Professional Development Chair – Maximizes member access to career-building opportunities and connects the chapter to AAF’s national resources. This role involves researching and promoting AAF-affiliated programs such as scholarships, fellowships, award competitions, student conferences, and internship pipelines. Actively supports students in navigating application processes, researching and securing funding for AAF conference attendance, and pursuing national recognition for their work.
Engagement Coordinators – Two members will be selected to manage the AAF 网爆门 College Chapter Instagram account and website. They will lead content planning, event promotion, and ensure brand consistency to strengthen chapter visibility and student engagement across digital platforms. They will work closely with the Director of Industry & Alumni Relations who will be in charge of the LinkedIn group page.
