"My favorite moment as a current RA was being able to do relationship builders with a group of my male residents. We went to a taco place downtown and I was able to learn more about their past experiences growing up and what plans they have for their careers."

"One of my favorite moments as an RA would have to be from last year, when the building was mostly empty because of Tent City. A bunch of the RAs got together to play laser tag in a deserted building. It was an awesome, spontaneous moment of team bonding. I am so grateful to work with folks that can get along with each other, because it makes us a stronger team."
